I didn't put my trash out early enough, can you come back?

We ask that all our customers put their trash cans out by 8 AM. If you haven't, put your garbage out right now. We do not have consistent arrival/pick-up times. If you did not put your garbage out we CANNOT come back. 


Am I in a bear zone?

The Town of Jackson has certain areas that are in bear-conflict zones. These zones general are near the Snow King Mountain and Elk Refuge areas. As for Teton County, the entire county outside of city limits is now a bear conflict zone and requires the use of a bear-resistant trash can.


I will be leaving town, can you put my service on hold?

Yes, if you are gone for 4 consecutive weeks or longer we can put your service on hold. However it is up to you, the customer, to inform us of when you are leaving and returning. You can call us at (307) 733-6840.


How do you bill the customers?

We bill at the beginning of the month, for that month. We accept checks and cash and credit cards! 


Do you charge a fee if my check doesn't clear my bank?

Yes, if your check is returned and does not clear your bank account a $20 service charge will be added to your bill.

Can I pay for more than one month at a time?

Absolutely. You can pay for multiple months in advance if you like.


Why do I have to sort Roll-Off loads?

The Teton County Transfer Station requires their loads to be sorted. This is not a rule imposed by us at Teton Trash Removal. Please direct your questions towards The Teton County Transfer Station, their number is
